IL17A
IL17A，即白細(xì)胞介素17A。別名CTLA8。它主要由活化的T細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，尤其是Th17細(xì)胞，CD8+ T細(xì)胞、γδT細(xì)胞、自然殺傷T細(xì)胞(NKT)、單核細(xì)胞和中性粒細(xì)胞也能產(chǎn)生IL-17A。IL-17A的作用機(jī)制涉及與IL-17受體家族結(jié)合，特別是與IL-17RA以高親和力結(jié)合，激活下游信號(hào)通路，促進(jìn)炎癥因子的產(chǎn)生。IL-17A在宿主防御多種細(xì)菌和真菌病原體中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用，同時(shí)也參與過敏和自身免疫反應(yīng)。它誘導(dǎo)抗菌肽、細(xì)胞因子、趨化因子和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶的產(chǎn)生，參與炎癥和組織修復(fù)過程，與多種自身免疫性疾病和腫瘤的發(fā)生發(fā)展相關(guān)。
