SETD2
SETD2，全稱為SET domain containing 2，是一種重要的表觀遺傳修飾酶，屬于SET基因家族。該蛋白具有甲基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性，主要通過修飾組蛋白H3K36的甲基化來影響基因表達，進而參與多種生理過程。SETD2蛋白在巨核細胞發(fā)育和血小板生成中發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用，其缺失或突變會導(dǎo)致巨核細胞多倍體化異常，進而影響血小板數(shù)量和功能。此外，SETD2蛋白還與多種疾病相關(guān)，如癌癥、心血管疾病和肺動脈高壓等。在藥物研發(fā)方面，已有研究表明SETD2蛋白可作為潛在的靶點，例如口服SETD2抑制劑EZM0414已被FDA授予快速通道資格，用于治療復(fù)發(fā)性或難治性彌漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤。SETD2蛋白的研究為深入理解相關(guān)疾病的發(fā)生機制和開發(fā)新型藥物提供了重要線索。
